Orders placed on ebenisterie-david.fr are carefully prepared by Jérôme David / Ébénisterie David, also trading under the name Les Bouts de Bois de G.

Preparation times

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, standard items available in stock are generally prepared within 2 to 5 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Made-to-order, personalised or bespoke creations require a specific lead time. This is communicated on the product page, during order discussions, in the quotation or before final approval of the request.

Delivery methods and charges

Available delivery methods and the corresponding charges are shown during checkout before payment is confirmed.

Delivery is made to the address supplied by the customer when placing the order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Collection, hand delivery and specialist transport

For certain fragile, bulky, bespoke or high-value creations, a specific solution may be proposed: collection, hand delivery, dedicated delivery or specialist transport.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, the customer should, whenever possible, record reservations with the carrier, retain the packaging and contact Ébénisterie David promptly through the Contact page or by email at contact@ebenisterie-david.fr.

Photographs of the parcel, product and shipping label may be requested so that the matter can be handled correctly.
