À savoir avant de louer
Réservation et confirmation
Une demande envoyée depuis le configurateur ne vaut pas réservation. La location est confirmée après vérification des disponibilités et validation du matériel, de la période et des conditions applicables.
Durée, retard et prolongation
La durée convenue doit être respectée. Toute prolongation doit être demandée et acceptée avant l’heure de retour. Un retard non validé peut donner lieu à une facturation complémentaire proportionnée.
Caution et justificatifs
Une pièce d’identité valide et une caution peuvent être demandées selon le matériel. Le montant et les modalités applicables sont précisés avant confirmation.
Utilisation, casse et responsabilité
Le matériel doit être utilisé conformément à son usage et aux consignes de sécurité. Toute panne, chute, casse ou anomalie doit être signalée sans démontage ni réparation non autorisée.
Annulation et modification
Toute demande d’annulation ou de modification doit être signalée au plus tôt. Les conditions applicables dépendent de l’état de confirmation de la réservation et des règles légales applicables.
Restitution du matériel
Le matériel, ses accessoires et les éléments fournis doivent être restitués à la date et à l’heure convenues, dans un état compatible avec un usage normal. Un contrôle peut être réalisé au départ et au retour.
