Workshop
Careful craftsmanship
Assembly, sanding, finishing and inspection are completed with particular attention to visible details and feel.
This cutting board is made using the end-grain technique. This construction requires more preparation than a conventional board, but provides a solid surface that is gentler on knife edges.
It combines oak, ash, walnut and cherry in an intentionally irregular pattern. A finish of food-safe Bacher oil and wax protects the wood while preserving its natural appearance.
Workshop made
Every piece is designed around its use, material and finish. Natural variations in the wood are part of its identity: grain, tone, contrast and natural details make each creation unique.
